Sundar C’s Aranmanai 2, sequel to the successful 2014 hit Aranmanai, goes on floors today. The film

features an ensemble cast of Hansika Motwani, Trisha Krishnan and Siddharth in the lead roles.

Sources say Ponam Bajwa could play an important role in the film. Hiphop Tamizha, who made his debut in

Sundar C’s Aambala, has been roped in to compose music for the film.

We had already reported that actress Trisha Krishnan has been roped in Sundar C’s Aranmanai second installment. The shooting of this movie was started today (June 16th) and Trisha was so excited to start this movie.

She expressed her excitement through her official twitter page by tweeting “Day 1.. Aranmanai 2.. Exciteddddd Booooo”.

Sources say that Sundar C has roped in popular actresses for this movie. If the buzz is true, it would be a real feast for the eyes to watch the female star cast Trisha, Hansika and Samantha on one screen.

Actress Trisha and Siddharth will play the lead roles in this film. Naren of Aadukulam fame will play the antagonist role for Aranmanai 2 which is the sequel to the super hit film Aranmanai.
